I love to eat salmon, but when I buy it, its tastes bad because it isnt fresh. I dont want to go fishing and get it that way. How can I make my salmon taste fresh and delicous?

if you are near the ocean.. buy from the fish markets at the wharf. otherwise.. try organic markets or a seafood retailer.. ask them to call you as soon as a shipment is availiable. cook your salmon same day. or freeze right away in small portions.. only do it in a plastic bag filled with water. this will prevent freezer burn and that “old” taste.
