Hello,

I am looking for a good fishing site in the San Francisco East Bay. This also needs to allow dogs. If anyone has any recommendations, it would be much appreciated. Also, what are the best times of year to go fishing?

well take a look at the tide charts for the area. Several hours before or after high tide is usually good (moving water!). Also, many believe that the moon phase helps. Mornings and evenings also as fish are light sensitive (hence why cloudy days are better or fishing deeper works). Good luck!
