What forms of ID are acceptable when purchasing a fishing license in the state of NY?

I have a friend going salmon fishing with us. He needs to purchase a fishing license but don’t drive therefore he don’t have ID. What other forms of ID are acceptable to purchase a license? This license is for Pulaski, NY. River and creek fishing not marine.

I know someone who used an apartment lease as their proof of residency–I also know that you can use a W2 form or a college ID, a vehicle registration also works–even a paystub will work..anything that shows ou are in fact a resident of that state Maine Boy (formerly NYBoy)
