Valentines day idea for hubby who likes fishing?

So its 5 days until V-day and I have NO IDEA what I am going to do. My hubby loves fly fishing, so i was thinking i could buy a box of chocolates, but take the chocolates out and replace them with flies. I wanted to have some cheesy saying to go alone with it. Can anyone help? If you have a better gift idea for a fisher that is helpful to. Anything is great, please help i only have 5 days!
