the considerations are:
cost of solar equipment vs energy costs of power from 
the vessels existing generator system, with an eye 
toward limits on fuel capacity for the expected voyage 
length, and weight/space considerations for extra fuel 
vs solar equipment.
Even with energy costs rising, solar equipment 
would not be optimum on energy cost alone.
You're going to have to learn a lot about fishing.</description>
