jaxbus3000 asked: Have only been in Ca a short while and fresh water fishing is new to me. My family and I tried 2 places but both were pretty bad as far as the fishing went.

Jerome-092 asked: I’ve been fishing at the pier for some time now. I used a sabiki rig and shrimp for bait. I’ve decided to use squid instead of shrimp, just to see if there is a difference. I usually catch mackerel, and rarely calico bass (I live in southern California). And will I catch any halibut with dead squid on a halibut rig? If not, what’s the best way?

Edwin asked: I want to fish on a rock pier but don’t know much about fishing there. I just fish in piers. I live in southern California and I’m planning to go fishing in seal beach. I would like what’s good for bait for sharks or any other big fish. I know basics so I’m not that noobie. I want to goods details and info. Thx in advance!
