I saw a video on Americas funniest videos and the guy flew off the back of the boat and was strapped to his pole. I was thinking about doing this in Hawaii but sure as hell don’t want to be pulled down, Im terrified of deep water.
So what happens, is there like a safety quick release? How fast could a marlin pull you down?

P.S. I bought it because i perfer a light pole over a Rhyno medium pole i used too use.
