Mateus asked: I always catch crabs in Point Loma at Spanish Landing and I was wondering if I need a fishing license? I’m talking about using KFC on a string as bait and putting them in a bucket before releasing them (not like on a crab boat or anything). Like I said they’re released but I was just wondering if I could get a ticket for it? Thanks.
