How to get a commercial fishing job?

I live in Sydney, Australia. Where would I start to try and get a job on a commercial fishing boat. It doesn’t matter if it’s crab, tuna or prawns……just want a job as a deckhand. Also if anyone could give me an indication of how well a job like this could pay.
