Portable fishing flashers. When purchasing, how do you know if it is new or returned item?

Probably a little late to be contemplating this huh? There’s no way to really know for sure I don’t guess. If it doesn’t work properly then it’d be a safe bet to say it was maybe returned lol. Something like this partially wrapped should have raised a red flag. unmamfqlm

you will not know but if working ok and you got a good deal , don’t worry some retailers open box to check if its working before sale kingfisher
