how much does a Minnesota out of state fishing or hunting license cost?

I am from Wisconsin and am going to school in minnesota. how much would it cost for me to get a hunting and a fishing license in Minnesota, if i am an out of state resident?

It would cost you $39.50 for a fishing license and for deer hunting its a whopping $141.00. They should not be charging that much, I feel for you man ha ha.
