How long will it take to get my fishing up in runescape?

i am currently lvl 64 fishing in runescape and i want to get it up to lvl 76 so i can catch sharks. I am fishing for swordfish right now. I cant fish monkfish because im not done a quest or something. How long will it take me?

do fly fishing near barbarian village or in shilo village it will take you about 20 hours ColdAsHell

Fly fishing is the quickest way as already explained. If you dont mind it taking longer you can keep fishing for lobbys/swordfish (and maybe monks eventually) and make some money along the way. GJC

Are you a member? If you’re not, you can’t fish sharks.
Depending if you’re a free or a member atm.
For f2p:
-Fly fish at barbarian village [takes a few weeks to get to lv 76, depending on how much you play/day] & bank at edgeville blaab
