How long Will it take to get from 70-99 fishing on RuneScape?

12 to 16 hours a day? Do you have a life?
Anyway, it shouldn’t take you more than a week at that rate.

If you are a member I recommend you do Barbarian Fishing..It is the fastest fishing exp in the game, but you have to go to Otto Godblessed to learn it.
