How long will it take to get 99 Fishing on Runescape?

I’ve been fishing for about 6 hours a day everyday (yes I have a hard time getting out of the house. Not much money to do much of anything). I fish Lobsters at the Fishing Guild. How long would it take for me to get 99 fishing from 84 Fishing?

you need patience especially a game at that pace. It will take you a very long time to achieve your goal. Estimated time: a few months, because every time you level up theres more XP added to achieve the next level jack

Oh from 84 to 99
It is a snap since you play 6 hours a day
Play for a month or so
Halfway through you will hate the game(trust me I tried leveling cooking for 70 to 90 and it has been 1 month when i achieved that goal.And this is what I said”I am never going to use this account ever again,but i will make a new account for fun”)
After you achieve that goal,I bet you would wanna start from level one fishing to level 99 fishing by making a new account
I made 3 accounts in total
All with level 99 cooking and firemaking and wood cutting
(I played 8hrs every day for 1 and a half years and got three accounts with those levels)
I sold my three accounts to some guy for 1milgp each and now i have 3mgp in my new account this year
And to achieve it faster choose the world with the least amount of ppl
While your character fishes,play another game like facebook,miniclip,y8,y3,maple story or any of your handheld devices or just watch tv
Then look at your account every 15mins to see how it is going POKEMON FREAK

Well, it would probably take maybe 2-3 weeks.
I recomend using RSBot it is the best trainer out there.
all you have to do is go to, click download and save the exe to your desktop.
Next, open it up and log in.
Then go to a fishing area with the required rod and PLENTY of bait/feathers (or just harpoon/lob cage). Then click run on the top right corner and a box should come up with this big list of bots.
scroll down to the fishing section and choose a bot (i recomend frolt fisher if your catching swordies) and start it. The bot should do the rest of the work as you sit back and relax.
It shouldnt take to long if your using the bot.

It took me about 4 1/2 months at the fishing colony (fishing monkfish) - 99 fish/99 cook in less than 5 1/2

It’ll take you about 4-6 week if you play it EVERY week (every day) 5-6 hours.

fastest way would be monkfish but lobs r profitable and alright exp at higher lvls..now to get 99 from 84 ….6 hours a day and each lob is 90 exp each and u can get a full load in about 10 mins? 144,828 is needed for 84-99 fishing….so 144,828/28 is how many loads u need to get 99 (5173 loads)…then multiply that by 10 minutes each load and get 51,730 minutes then divine that by 60 for how many hours it will take u…863 hours for 99 fishing i beleive? anthony

uh… well its 13m xp till 99, but at 84, not as long as 1-84. go to your stats, and select a goal for fishing, 84-99. see how much xp you have left. i would say for every 6 hrs in the < guide with lobbies, about 5k exp. devide your xp left (say 4m just as an example) and devide it by 5000. that is how many 6 hour periods it will take you about.
