How could you reduce shark fatalities, related to net fishing?

I am trying to put together a paper on shark-safe fishing methods…. But I’m having trouble finding good sources! I’m attempting to find a cheap alternative to catch-all type nets.

Note- I am not talking about trying to make shark fishing illegal, I am just trying to reduce accidental deaths.
Any help would be great!

What’s wrong with netting a shark or two? More fish in the catch, and less fish to be eaten in the water. Looks like a win-win scenario in favor of both fish AND humans.
