How can my illegal immigrant friend get a fishing license?

me and him are gonna go fishing this weekend but he needs to get a fishing license. problem is he dont have a social security number…he says he have the number they put on his test at school but they have 10 numbers instead of 9…how can my friend get a fishing license? :/

If he is here illegally then why would he care about trying to get a fishing license anyway? lol Depending on where and when you go fishing it doesn’t matter anyway because they will rarely check you. Sports_fan101

buy a non-resident. nothing to explain and they won’t need a SSN.
