For shark fishing, which side of Florida should I go to, the Atlantic or the Gulf side?

I have caught multiple baby sharks off of my dock on the gulf side (hammerhead,nurse) but I am not sure if there are many big ones. Unless you go way off the coast, I think you are better off in the Atlantic. Heat032
