		<description>I always considered Eelpout a "trash fish", until a friend fried some up out on the ice. 

Now I look forward to catching those kinda "trash fish"! (lol)

They are mighty tasty! (But no fun to clean! lol)

I always seem to catch them at night when a school of Perch comes through. Seems like, if you attract the Perch, you attract the 'Pout!

I would crush some Crappie Minnow and sink them to the bottom. 6-7 Crappie Minnows sittin' on the bottom seems to stir them up.
