My driver’s license is suspended and I have a bench warrant because I forgot about a ticket from 2 years ago. Can I still get a fishing license?

There’s no connection between a driver’s license and a fishing license, but there is a slight chance they could find out about the bench warrant. Bill M

fishing licence and driving licence in the uk one is for a car and issued by the DVLA the other is issued by the local council so they do not relate one to the other. You can get more fishing advice and tips from TOM

Yes. There’s no connection between a driver’s license and a fishing license, unless you’re renting a boat from a lake’s marina, than a driver’s license is required.

A fishing license is a whole different kind of license. Go to any Wal-Mart or K-Mart and most of the time, the employees in the sporting goods department will not ask for any ID. The only thing they’ll ask is, “What’s a fishing license?” Grand Master Basser

Yes, you still can because the fishing liscense has nothing to do with your drivers liscense.

I go trout fishing year round near Broken Bow Lake in the Beaver’s Bend State Park area of Southeastern Oklahoma.
