Is this true and if so surely if im out of the way and put the fish back after each catch it shouldnt matter? Will out of season affect the chances of a catch aswell? I usually catch mackerel, and rarely calico bass (I live in southern California). And will I catch any halibut with dead squid on a halibut rig? If not, what’s the best way?
